This strategic partnership builds upon Polestar's existing robust charging infrastructure in Europe and China. European Polestar 2 and Polestar 3 owners already benefit from Polestar Charge, a service offering access to a network exceeding 850,000 charging points. This comprehensive network includes not only over 20,000 Tesla Superchargers, but also partnerships with leading providers like IONITY, Recharge, Total, Fastned, and Allego. Similarly, Polestar 1 and Polestar 2 drivers enjoy unrestricted access to the extensive Tesla Supercharger network across more than 200 cities.

A Commitment to Convenience and Speed

Tesla Superchargers are renowned for their exceptional charging speeds and strategically placed locations, often situated near major highways and amenities. This partnership empowers Polestar drivers to embark on long-distance journeys with the peace of mind that comes with knowing they can quickly and conveniently top up their battery.

Polestar takes its commitment to a streamlined charging experience a step further. Future Polestar 2 and Polestar 3 vehicles in North America will come equipped with the NACS inlet as standard. This eliminates the need for adapters for Tesla Superchargers. Current Polestar owners can obtain NACS adapters through their local service centers. Additionally, Polestar's in-car Google Maps will be updated to display all available NACS chargers, providing drivers with clear and up-to-date information for effortless route planning.
