The Peugeot 3008 SUV is 4.45 meter long, 1.84 meters wide and 1.62 meter high which offers plenty of space for five people and luggage (between 395 and 1357 litres). The inside space feels airy and spacious. It shares the drive train with its sister models Opel Grandland X and Citroën C5 Aircross.
Power
The two-ton all-wheel-drive plug-in hybrid has a well-known 1.6-litre turbo gasoline engine with an output of 200 hp. A 110 hp electric motor serves on the front axle and an additional electric motor on the rear axle provides 112 hp. The electric motors are fed by a 13.2 kWh lithium-ion battery, which is housed under the rear seats. This results in an output of 300 hp with a maximum torque of 520 Newton meters.
The power is transferred to the wheels by an eight-speed automatic transmission. The Peugeot 3008 SUV Hybrid4 executes the sprint from 0 to 100 km / h in 5.9 seconds and reaches a top speed of 240 km / h. The purely electric top speed and thus emission-free travel is 135 km / h. According to the manufacturer, the standard consumption is 1.3 litres (WLTP) and the electric range can be up to 59 kilometres.
If you don't make long journeys in everyday life, you can fully charge your Peugeot 3008 Hybrid4 from a wallbox (22 kW) in 2 hours and 45 minutes or from a household socket (1.8 kW) in seven hours. With the 43-litre fuel tank the range would be almost 3,600 kilometres.
Price
The prices for the Peugeot 3008 plug-in hybrid SUV with front-wheel drive start at 41,087 euros for the 225 hp, the 3008 Hybrid4 with all-wheel drive costs from 48,203 euros.
