The Opel Mokka-e electric compact SUV is powered by a 100 kW / 136 hp electric engine, the maximum torque is 260 Newton meters. The battery has a capacity of 50 kWh. The standard range in the "normal" driving mode is 322 kilometres according to the WLTP cycle. The Opel Mokka electric has 3 three speed/driving modes: sport, eco and normal.
The Opel Mokka second generation is 12.5 centimetres shorter, a few centimetres shorter than the first generation. The 4.15 meter Mokka has a 350 litres trunk, but with comparable equipment, it is up to 120 kilos lighter than the previous model. The new Opel Mokka-e electric SUV is based on the CMP (Common Modular Platform) architecture.
The new Opel Mokka will also come with petrol and diesel engines from the PSA group in 2021 (three and four cylinders in the range between 100 and 150 hp), but Opel is currently focusing on the electric version Mokka-e.
