E-VIA FLEX-E is a project co-funded by the European Commission that aims to install ultra-fast charging stations for electric cars in southern Europe. And more specifically, in Spain, France and Italy.

The first phase of this installation includes 14 charging points that should be operational by the end of this year. These will be divided into eight points in Italy, four in Spain and the two remaining in France. This initiative involves companies such as Ibil, EDF, Enedis, Verbund and the Renault - Nissan alliance. E-VIA FLEX-E has received an investment of 6.9 million euros.

The main objective of E-VIA FLEX-E is to allow cars with an electric motor to cover distances longer than 300 km in the south of the old continent, in addition to contributing to the development of electric vehicles in Europe. For this, the stations will be located on highways and will have power from 150 kW to 350 kW.

These ultra-fast charging stations for electric cars will be installed in service stations managed by the Repsol company.
