The new Arc Vector high-performance electric motorcycle presented at EICMA 2018 will go into production at the end of 2020 with 399 units to be built in the first 18 months.
This revolutionary motorcycle boasts the Human Interface Technology (HMI), the monocoque and the cutting-edge carbon swingarm, the state-of-the-art steering, the high-density battery cells, the tailored brakes and suspension and the originally designed wheels.
Arc is developing a custom engine that saves space while being light and very powerful. All the control units are of premium quality. The packaging of these components is masterful, allowing the lowest possible center of gravity, minimum weight, sufficient cooling and a short and agile stride.
With a 399 volt electric motor that produces 200 hp and a weight of 220 kg , Arc Vector will have the best power-to-weight ratio of any two-wheeled electric vehicle - 650 hp per ton.
The electric motor is capable of accelerating the motorcycle from 0 to 100 km / h in just 3.2 seconds and reaching a maximum speed of 200 km / h. The autonomy offered is 193 kilometers on the highway and 436 kilometers in the city.
