In a captivating display of collaboration, BMW Motorrad and VAGABUND have unveiled a customized electric scooter, the BMW CE 02 x VAGABUND. This unique electric two-wheeler pushes the boundaries of design and functionality, offering a glimpse into the future of urban mobility.
The BMW CE 02 x VAGABUND electric scooter boasts a retro-futuristic design, seamlessly blending modern aesthetics with classic touches. This unique approach caters to a young target group, striking a familiar chord while embracing innovation. Some of the eye-catching features include a magic radio and an electric exhaust, both reimagined with a contemporary twist. The scooter also sports a running board with skateboard grip tape, emphasizing its sporty and urban character. While BMW has not released specifics on the performance and safety aspects of the CE 02 x VAGABUND, the base model CE 02 offers a peak output of 13 kW (17 hp), with a top speed of 90 km/h (56 mph). It can achieve a range of up to 130 km (81 miles) on a single charge, making it ideal for zipping around town. Safety features on the standard CE 02 include ABS brakes and ASC traction control, which are likely to be carried over to the VAGABUND edition as well.
