Skoda launched the Enyaq IV model last fall, and now, the Czech carmaker has announced that this model can be ordered in a Sportline version.

With numerous glossy black elements, the powerful Enyaq iV in the Sportline version looks even more dynamic. The distinctive Skoda radiator grille in glossy black, the window frames and the roof racks contribute to this, as do the branding in individual letters and the badges on the tailgate.

Skoda equips the Enyaq Sportline iV with full LED matrix headlights as standard. Also, customers can choose from two variants of alloy wheels: Vega, with a diameter of 20 inches, or Betria with 21 inches. In the passenger compartment, passengers will find sports front seats, with integrated headrest.

Skoda has introduced an innovative interior concept with the new design choices for the fully electric Enyaq iV. They are based on modern living spaces in which perfectly coordinated colours and materials are used. The upholstery and headliner are mostly black. Decorative strips with a carbon look set visual accents on the instrument panel and in the door panels. The black cover of the instrument panel has gray contrasting stitching and is made of synthetic leather. The floor mats also perfectly coordinated with the overall interior design.

The new Skoda Enyaq Sportline iV all-electric SUV has as standard a sports chassis with a reduced ground clearance of 15 mm at the front axle and 10 mm at the rear axle. Remember, regardless of the engine version chosen, the maximum speed is limited to 160 km / h.

The new Skoda Enyaq Sportline iV is offered with 3 electric motors.

The Enyaq Sportline iV 60 with an electric motor that develops 132 kW (180 hp and a maximum torque of 310 Nm), has a rear-wheel drive and battery with a gross capacity of 62 kWh (net 58 kWh).

The Enyaq Sportline iV 80 version also has a rear-wheel drive, but its electric motor develops 150 kW (204 hp) and has an 82 kWh battery (net 77 kWh), which promises a range of over 520 km WLTP (according to preliminary estimations).

The same 82 kWh battery is used by the Enyaq Sportline iV 80x version, which has an all-wheel drive and 2 electric motors that deliver 195 kW (265 hp and a maximum torque of 425 Nm). For the 80x version the WLTP range is over 500 km (according to preliminary estimations).

Skoda Enyaq Sportline iV Prices:

Skoda Enyaq Sportline iV 60 prices start from 38,500 euros.

Skoda Enyaq Sportline iV 80 prices start from 45,000 euros.

(These prices represent my personal estimate based on current prices for Skoda Enyaq iV.)

Skoda produces the Sportline version of the Enyaq iV at the main plant in Mlada Boleslav. It is the only model series based on the MEB (Modular Electrification Toolkit), a system designed and manufactured by Volkswagen Group.

Orders for all Sportline versions will open this spring and deliveries will commence from the summer of 2021.
