Triggo and Italdesign have approved an arrangement to offer Triggo’s electrical vehicle that overcomes traffic jams and parking space shortages into China. Italdesign, the leading design & engineering company in the automotive sector will support Triggo in developing ties with OEM producers in China.

Triggo, a unique e-vehicle, combines the features of two-wheeler mobility and quickness of parking with the safety and comforts of a city car. International patents in an area inhabited by four billion people protect Triggo's variable chassis geometry. Triggo is a direct response to the growing demand for expanded, de-carbonized transportation and electro-mobility in the most traffic-congested cities of Europe, Asia and America. It is hardly unexpected, therefore, that Triggo has important interest from international investors, including the particularly active, SPAC driven trend in e-mobility from which Triggo may profit.

"Signing the agreement with Italdesign is a meaningful milestone in Triggo’s ongoing development. We have invested considerable resources and effort in securing intellectual property rights in China where Italdesign has extensive relationships with major automotive OEMs. Our priority is to license Triggo in this vast and competitive market. Moreover, we are planning OEM production in South-East Asia. We believe this agreement will lead to Triggo’s rapid expansion of our unique solution across Asia" - says Rafał Budweil, President of Triggo.

In recent months, despite the global difficulties Triggo has entered into talks of cooperation with international automotive brands. Potential partners are interested in entering the fast-growing area of new, de-carbonized urban mobility.

Italdesign is a famous automotive styling and engineering bureau founded in 1968, responsible for the design of many series models for brands such as Alfa Romeo, BMW, Maserati, VW, Seat, Fiat and many others. The company also provides services related to, among others, vehicle testing and validation, development of pre-production series, consulting on technology development and intellectual property protection. In recent years, the company has intensively built connections and successfully completed automotive projects on the Chinese market.

Also, Triggo is preparing to commercialise its electric vehicles across Europe allowing the company to move ahead with the next stages of its development, including talks with entities interested in operating vehicle fleets across the EU.
