The new Volvo C40 Recharge Pure Electric is available to order in Germany. The first model available is a high-quality, unique model called "First Edition", which Volvo advertises with 57,800 euros (this is the price without government incentives).
Alternatively, Volvo offers the C40 Recharge Pure Electric with a flexible lease at 769 euros per month. If the customer signs for a full three years lease, the price is 699 euros per month. A deposit is not required.
The unique feature: The "Care Service Package" is included for three years. This package contains a recharge insurance plan (consisting of motor vehicle liability and fully comprehensive insurance), as well as the costs for service, maintenance and wear and tear. As a result, the variable costs per month are correspondingly lower - which, however, makes it difficult to compare prices with other models when making a purchase decision.
In other European countries, Volvo had already opened the orders about four weeks ago. In the Netherlands, the Volvo C40 Recharge is available from 57,000 euros or 779 euros per month with a lease. In Norway, the C40 Recharge is available from 54,000 euros as a purchase price or 663 euros as a lease.
