The new Mercedes-Benz EQA 250 is the latest addition to Mercedes' range of electric cars. The compact SUV is a sibling to the new GLA generation but with an electric motor of 190 hp (140 kW). The first version to be released is the well-equipped Mercedes-Benz EQA 250 SE Edition, which costs around 47,000 euros before deducting the environmental bonus.

The new 2021 Mercedes-Benz EQA electric car has a battery of 66.5 kWh which gives a range of more than 420 km according to WLTP. With a fast charger, it can be charged with up to 100 kW (DC / DC), which means that it can be charged from 10-80% in just 30 minutes. 

The Mercedes-Benz EQA 250 Business Package designed specifically for businesses with approximately the same level of equipment costs around 45,000 euros before deducting the climate bonus. Also, the EQA 250 Business Package is available on a leasing contract for business buyers from 399 euros a month.

The SE Edition includes the Driver Assistant package with self-driving functions, the MBUX (Mercedes-Benz User Experience) voice-controlled infotainment system, a reversing camera, comfort seats with four-way adjustable lumbar support, 18-inch light-alloy wheels, LED headlights with high beam assistant and much more.

The customers who buy the EQ business package can charge at the IONITY fast-charging stations at a discounted electricity price of € 0.29 / kWh.

Production of the EQA at the Mercedes-Benz plant in Rastatt (Germany) started in 2020. The first copies are expected to arrive in spring. 

The versions with four-wheel drive and engines of up to 270 hp (200 kW) are expected shortly.
