The Skoda Enyaq iV is the best-selling electric car in Denmark. The promising sales figures make the Skoda factory prioritize the Danish market.

Danes love the Skoda Enyaq iV electric SUV. To date, Skoda's electric car is Denmark's most registered electric car. So far, as many as 991 sets of number plates have been mounted on Skoda Enyaq iV models around the country this year.

"People need to learn many new things to deal with when buying an electric car; charging, charging speed, and range. But after all, it's still about getting a car that meets your needs. The many new Enyaq iV's on Danish roads this year show that Danes continue to prioritize a spacious, practical, and safe, high-quality family car - even when buying an electric car," says Thomas Bruun, director of Skoda Denmark.

The Skoda Enyaq Coupe RS iV can now be pre-booked.

With 585 liters of luggage space, the Enyaq iV has one of the most oversized luggage compartments in its class, and Euro NCAP has named Skoda's electric SUV the safest car in its category. It is available as models 60, 80, and 80x, where 80 has the longest range with 542 km (WLTP), and 80x can pull the most. Its two electric motors and four-wheel drive can pull a 1,200 kg trailer.

In addition, Skoda has now opened for pre-booking of the brand new Skoda Enyaq Coupe RS iV on Skoda.DK. The RS iV is the coupe version of the Enyaq iV electric SUV and Skoda's new top model with pretty much every feature available. The electric sports car has 299 hp, four-wheel drive, a range of up to 521 km (WLTP) and can, like 80x, pull a 1,200 kg trailer.

With a famous Skoda Enyaq iV and a new Skoda Enyaq Coupe RS iV, there will undoubtedly be even more electric cars from Skoda on Danish roads. In this connection, Thomas Bruun has good news.

"Like other car brands, Skoda and our customers have been challenged by long delivery times. However, it brightens in the second half. Because Enyaq iV is so popular in Denmark, the Skoda factory prioritizes sending more electric cars in Denmark," states Skoda Denmark's director.

The maximum electric power of the Skoda Enyaq Coupe RS iV is 220 kW (299 hp)

The maximum power is available for a maximum of 30 seconds, calculated concerning UNGTR 21. The amount of engine power available in the individual driving situations depends on the battery's temperature, the outdoor temperature, the SOC (charge level), and the condition or physical age of the battery.

For the maximum power to be available, the battery temperature must be between 23 and 50 degrees Celsius and a SOC of at least 88%. Deviations from the parameters above can lead to reduced motor power or no possibility of maximum power. Furthermore, the temperature in the battery can be indirectly affected by the use of the car's air conditioning system, and the SOC can, for example, be adjusted in the vehicle. The engine power available at a specific time is shown in the car's "Power display."
