Since its launch in 2018, Hyundai KONA Electric has been an impressive sales success. Thanks to a powerful electric driveline, very long range and a stylish SUV design, more than 120,000 Kona Electric cars have been sold worldwide in just two years. Of these, more than 53,000 electric cars were sold in Europe. The car has also proven to be a very efficient electric car, and in August 2020, Hyundai KONA Electric set a record with 1,026 kilometres driven on a single charge.

Now, Hyundai is upgrading the model in a number of areas. The electric car gets improved assistance and safety features, completely new technology and a new fresh design. In addition to this, all models receive new and very attractive prices.

Also, Hyundai is expanding the model range, so that you can now choose both KONA Electric Standard Range and KONA Electric Long Range.

The Hyundai KONA Electric Standard Range has a range of 305 kilometres, a battery pack of 39.2 kWh, an engine of 136 horsepower and an acceleration from 0 to 100 km / h in 9.9 seconds. The KONA Electric Long Range has a range of 484 kilometres, a battery pack of 64 kWh and an engine of 204 hp. Charging the Long Range model from 10-80% takes 47 minutes on a 100kW charging station.
