Tomorrow, Volkswagen will begin early sales of the new ID Buzz series. The electric minivan is available in Germany and other European countries as a minibus and cargo van. The Volkswagen ID Buzz Pro electric five-seater has a gross list price of 64,500 euros. The Volkswagen ID Buzz Cargo may be purchased for a starting price of 54,400 euros. In the fall of this year, buyers will begin receiving the first automobiles that have been ordered.

The upmarket "Pro" version of the ID Buzz will initially be accessible throughout Europe. In line with the product's debut on the market, the ID Buzz Cargo will be made available. In preparation for its debut on the market, the ID Buzz has the most powerful battery of any ID family member. The lithium-ion battery pack has a gross storage capacity of 82 kWh and a net storage capacity of 77 kWh. It powers an electric motor in the back with 150 kW (204 hp) and 310 Nm of torque. The WLTP consumption for the electric minibus is 20.6 kWh/100 km, and the WLTP consumption for the cargo variant is 20.4 kWh/100 km. The maximum distance attainable is 421 or 424 kilometers. At a direct current (DC) fast-charging station, the battery may receive a charge of up to 80 percent in around half an hour at a maximum charging capacity of 170 kW. This process takes about 30 minutes.

The following items are included as standard on the VW ID Buzz Pro: the "Car2X" system, which can provide information about local hazards such as the end of a traffic jam behind the curve; evasive assistance; turning assistance; emergency brake assistance; "Front Assist" with pedestrian and cyclist detection; a proactive occupant protection system (which can, among other things, protect the windows from a potential accident close); and the lane departure warning system "Lane Assist."

In addition to that, there is the capability to recognize traffic signs. Parking aids at the front and back of the vehicle make it simpler to do maneuvers. The "Air Care Climatronic," which has a two-zone temperature control system, stationary air conditioning, and an activated charcoal filter, is included in the boat's standard equipment and helps maintain a comfortable environment.

Digital instrumentation with a 5.3-inch screen diagonal and the "Ready 2 Discover" infotainment system can be found inside the VW ID Buzz. The device's touchscreen interface is laid out like a tablet computer. By utilizing "App-Connect" and "App-Connect Wireless," users can access various smartphone applications such as Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. There are two USB-C ports located to the right of the steering wheel, and a third connector may be found in the panel of the passenger door. In addition, the ID Buzz Pro comes integrated with a feature that allows for inductive charging of compatible smartphones and a cradle for such smartphones.

The VW ID Buzz Pro exterior comes standard with two sliding doors that open and closes with ease, tinted rear windows, and 19-inch black alloy wheels with a high-sheen finish. As standard, you get LED headlights and ambient lighting with a logo projection located near the front doors. The second row of seats that slide longitudinally can be folded down in a configuration that ranges from one-third to two-thirds of their original height. Additionally, each backrest may be folded down and stored independently. Finally, a trunk has a capacity of 1121 liters located behind the back seat. The total volume is 2205 liters when all of the storage space is utilized, which happens to be the case when the back seats are collapsed.

Volkswagen provides the ID Buzz Pro in "Monosilver Metallic" as the default color and ten additional color options that may be selected as an option. When one of the two-tone exterior paint treatments for the E "Bulli" is ordered, the top part, which includes the roof and the V-shaped front flap, is always in "Candy White." In this particular instance, the metallic tones "lime yellow," "starlight blue," "energetic orange," or "bay leaf green" are used to execute the surfaces below the surrounding letter line. @via VW.
